Adjudication Sites
If you are traveling to another school, make sure to call the director at the host school to confirm dates, times and any other necessary information.

Host Schools
Please confirm with your adjudicator by phone, the date, time and directions to your school.  Also, make sure you have a warm-up room and a piano in the performance room.
Schedule of Events and Ratings Form
Please schedule your students in the time allotted and make a copy for the adjudicator.
Solo and Ensemble Medals
Medals will be distributed at the March/May District VI meeting.  REMEMBER, you must bring your completed Schedule of Events and Ratings Form to verify the number of medals and your completed and signed Medal Request Form.  It is the responsibility of the director to obtain medals from the District Director.
Adjudication Forms
To save in postage, it has been suggested that one of each type of form be sent to participation schools, and the band director will make the necessary number of copies of each form.  Please make sure all forms are filled out completely BEFORE events are scheduled to perform.
