1. Scales are to be played
ascending and descending in an
eighth note pattern at quarter
note = 100. Memorization not
required.
2. Scales are to be played
in two octaves if within
chromatic range.
3. All winds (Except Low
Clarinets) will perform prepared
material from the Rubank
Intermediate Method. Baritone
bass clef use Trombone/Baritone
book - Baritone
treble clef use Cornet/Trumpet
book.
4. Low Clarinets will
perform prepared material from
Introducing the Alto and Bass
Clarinet by H. Voxman.
5. Percussion will use the
